He is the Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry and the Behavioral Sciences at the University Of Southern California (USC), where he is active in research and in teaching and training of residents and students.

Treatment for Depression, Anxiety, Panic PTSD or Bi-Polar

Dual diagnosis occurs when someone has both an alcohol and/or drug problem as well as a psychiatric condition. The psychiatric condition would include depression, bi-polar, anxiety, panic, ADHD and others. Dual Diagnosis is when two disorders or illnesses occur in the same person, simultaneously or sequentially, they are called co-morbid. Co-morbidity also implies interactions between the illnesses that affect the course and prognosis of both.
